I reveived 2 credit card late fees and high balance credit card 2 months in a row. Funny how my…read more$4.50 check and my 3000.00 check were sent out at same post office at the same second and my $4.50 payment was eeceived 7 days earlier and my $3000 payment wss received one day after the due date 2 months in a row. The customer rep. told me they only only a one time per year refund of the late charge and interest they billed me for. They blamed the post office who remarkably delivered one payment in 4 days yet the other took 11 days, and amazingly 1 day after it was due. I tried to call customer service (from middle east) and could not get anywhere with an explanation. So I called a local PNC Bank who tried to get a refund to me but corporate wouldnt allow it. Lol. Are they overseas too?I I am so glad that after 35 years of banking with PNC , they can make a 100 dollar late and interest fee more important than keeping my 4 credit cards and checking and saving accounts!!! Go PNC... you just lost my business and hope this scam isnt being as common as I think it is. No more holding my check you thieves.

This bank is the most dishonest place to do business. I had to disputed billing charges with Latam…read moreairlines. I had to file the disputes 3 times over 3 months. They never filed them. I filed a complaint against the Dispute Manager. The day after she blocked my card without notice which is a violation of banking law. After being on the phone with customer service for 3 hours they informed the Dispute manager was to keep the block on my account until she finished investigation of my disputes, with had already been over 3 months. She also filed a fraud alert on my account which must have been shared with my other bank as they closed my account. I filed a complaint with the Banking Commission, the day after it was close several out of country online charges appeared. CCCU sent me an email altering they may be fraudulent. I ferified they were both via email and through an agent. The charges were pended at the time and set to be paid in 3 days. This same dispute manager removed my notice of fraud AND PAID THE CHARGES!!!! At this same time several card companies received false applications from us for credit!!!! This is not only unethical it is adding and abetting fraud. I don't know if this manger just leaked our data to these thieves or she was the thief herself and she was to receive the Adidas clothing which were the charges. All I know is this is the most dishonest bank I have ever delt with. I am out almost $3,000.00 at this point. At this point in time they had their lawyer send me FO&D letter. Well this dispute manager not only aided fraud, she also produced a fraud flag or fraud warning when I filed a complaint on her. This fraud allert was shared internatihionaly and the day she froze my funds and card my other bank account was cancelled! At this time I have retained coucil and we are going to push as hard as can be done to impose all criminal and civil charges against this scum!
