Terrible service. Accused me of fraud, insisting that I don't know how to install valve covers for a bone stock 5.7 350, the easiest motor on the planet. Said I didn't know what I was talking about, and insisted that the pictures are correct (because everyone knows pictures are ALWAYS legit on the internet), even though the parts he sent me were backwards. He called on a restricted number and threatened to tell my place of work what a piece of **** I am, and about how he knows where I live, and is sending photos of me to everyone. Contacted seller and was told that he did not make them. also said return policy attached. I bought them 5 months prior to install so I guess they're going in the trash since they only have a 30 day return policy. Many people collect parts months before a build. Buyer beware ! read more

Seller is accusing me of fraud. I received item from them damaged I contacted seller seller did little to no communication I opened a case seller now communicates and is sending me mean emails stating that I'm a liar and I'm a fraud eBay helped to get a shipping label back I got the shipping label I sent the item and the original package I put it in a box with bubble wrap to prevent further damage to product seller received my item complained that I did not send it in original package which I did I put it in a box with bubble wrap so they couldn't say it got damage in shipping on the way back I've had nothing but bad reviews and remarks for this seller for lack of communication and not willing to help their customers I wanted a full refund and they gave me a partial refund this is bull this seller needs a lesson in customer service read more

If there was a no-star I'd give them that. Don't EVER ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. It's like getting parts from a thrift store. You won't be able to easily return it if it's not right. I accidentally ordered the wrong size oil pan and contacted KR&K to return it. The customer service sux! They accused me of not knowing what motor I had and told me the part would be inspected thoroughly for damage. With all caps and 12 exclamation points I knew I would not get a full refund. I packaged the part back in the material and box it came in and sent it back. They used FedEx to send it and USPS for me to return it. Amazingly it had damage upon its thorough inspection. I got 50% back from them and I put in a complaint to eBay. Thankfully eBay refunded the rest of my money. Also put a negative review on their page with eBay and they cried about it to eBay and had them take it down. If this helps one person, it was worth the bad review. read more

I bought a part from this shop. The part didn't fit right. Was told to buy a belt cause of the 3/8" adjustment. Worst customer service I've have with this company in all my 30 plus year restoring car. Not a great design on power steering pump brackets. Keep your money and your time. read more

Bought a set of valve covers which showed up with one of them damaged by (I'll assume) the shipper. Reached out to KR&K to see how I should handle it. I was hoping just to send back the damaged one and get a replacement. The guy immediately had an attitude with me. After it was decided I should send back both, I repackaged everything and sent it back. It was received by them with no issues. I then wrote an honest review for eB stating basically that the product looked great but the customer service was not. Shortly after the review was done KR&K emailed me saying I provided "Crying feedback" and that they would only credit me back 50% because the covers had been installed and hardware was missing. THE GUY IS AN ABSOLUTE LIAR! The covers never even made it out to my shop, and all hardware was shipped back. Thank you eB for stepping in and helping me receive full credit! Save yourself a possible hassle and buy elsewhere. read more
