Eddy and his team started work on my upstairs on Thursday morning and were done mid day Friday. The new floor looks amazing! During this time, Todd, Donna, and Larry were courteous in keeping their correspondence regular without being overbearing, and we were able to stay on the same page without feeling pressured or frustrated by the exchanges. Additionally, we felt that the cost of the project was competitive for that of a smaller company given the quality products and opportunities extended by the Osers to minimize the cost of the project when it was first discussed. Despite the already competitive price point and the delays to the start of the project which may have otherwise resulted in changes to the cost of the materials needed, the Osers were extremely hospitable in working to keep the quoted price the same once we were ready to get started. Additionally, after we worked with the Osers to address a miscommunication on our part which would have typically resulted in a minor increase in the cost of the project, we were able to once again maintain the original quoted cost of the project due to the company's flexibility and understanding. Last but not least, our floors look incredible and the members of the installation team were friendly, efficient, and competent throughout the installation process, which took only a day to complete. To summarize, we received flawless results at reasonable prices without a moment of stress to show for it, and we couldn't have asked for more out of the experience.

Gordon and John came to our house to look at my back door. Gordon responded to my message right away which lets me know that he is professional. John, was his "door guy" and he was very knowledgeable about types of doors and took a look at my door and knew right away what needed to be done. The process to get my door replaced was straight forward, I paid for my door then when my door came, we set up an appointment to get it done. It took about a week and 3 days. The day John replaced the door, he worked nonstop in cold degree weather from 10a-3:30p! I mean he never stopped moving. I'm not even sure if he took a break to eat or drink. He fixed the frame of my door from Previous work that it had done, and even took the time to level it and raise it so that I don't get water in my house. I could tell that he took great pride in his job and I appreciate that he took the time to get the job done, did not rush it. The amount of time he took to customize my back door was very much appreciated. John simply said "This is just how we do our jobs" and I believe him! Gordon is very professional and I believe he has the resources to get whatever you need done. He even gave me tips on how to get my deck together for the summer. As far as pricing goes, he was able to work with me and my low budget. Paid mine out of pocket so I'm not sure if they finance. I believe they went above and beyond what I paid for even though this job wasn't a major one. I recommend this business! I had this company recommended to me in order to get new flooring for my condo with an insurance…read moreclaim. Although Lori was great to work with, the service that was provided to me by the flooring people was horrible. They laid flooring down over metal pieces and left gaps around the cabinets in the kitchen. They also left gaps around my water heater in the bathroom and didn't secure the flooring under my stackable washer and dryer so it caved the flooring in once they were put back into place. It was awful. And then it took almost three weeks for them to come back out and fix the mistakes. And that wasn't the end of it! I got charged an additional fee for all of that even though they were coming back to fix the poor service that was provided to me in the first place. The only thing I could think of is that they had bad contractors that day or they were having an "off" day when the service was originally provided. Thankfully the fee was taken care of and I got better service the second time around. I'm giving two stars for the frustration I dealt with getting the flooring fixed. Not saying this company is bad to deal with but beware the services that may be provided.

The crew of 2 arrived as scheduled, I would add their names but they never introduced themselves,…read morenot even a hello when they walked in. What was really shocking was that they didn't put paper booties on over their shoes. Or in the case of one technician, enormous combat boots. They repeatedly walked in and out of the cleaned rooms in their street shoes/boots. They didn't put anything under the legs on furniture that wasn't being moved. Nor did they put any type of covering on the hardwood floor between the front door and rooms being cleaned. The distance of about 20 feet. As far as carpet, the cleaning was satisfactory. We have animal stains that they diligently tried to remove but were unsuccessful. These were old stains so I can't fault them. There are too many carpet cleaning companies in Lexington, I can't recommend this company to anyone.
