From the very beginning, they were fantastic communicators, helping me with everything from choosing the location to discussing the overall style of the shoot. On the day of the session, they were warm, funny, and made everyone feel completely at ease. They were the perfect team to capture our family's memories. It was especially helpful that they spoke both Cantonese and Mandarin, which made communicating with my parents-in-law so much easier. Even more impressively, they somehow managed to get my cranky 9-month-old engaged and smiling throughout the session! And of course, the photos were absolutely stunning. The perfect finishing touch to an already wonderful experience. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and will definitely be booking Dave and Florence again. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for talented photographers who truly know how to make the experience enjoyable for the whole family.

The cheapest package we could get was $300 (with tax). my husband was livid. you gave us a bunch of coupons which could only be used on the Next session. You said that were many studios in TX where were live and the $30 coupon was valid for 3 months. it was all a lie. there are no Picture People studios within 200 miles of our home. All we got was a free 8x10 but it really wasn't free because there was an undisclosed uncharge on the digital backgrounds. Now you get to use our photos but we do not think it was a reasonable deal. You knew how excited my son was to do this "modeling session" and you played us. We never ever paid over $150 at J.c. penney studios (Which is actually right next door! Go there!). I came back the next day to see if I could purchase another 8x10 with a coupon but the Manager said no, sorry, it's $24 for 1 sheet with 4 of the same photos. I don't wish bad on you but don't think your business will survive when you are stingy and lie. Most people cannot afford this. Also, I do not believe that the reviews are written by customers. I think you are a struggling business. Good Luck! We will never use Picture People again in any town!!! These places are a dime a dozen. :o(
