Yesterday I was ready to call the orthopedist to have them evaluate my shoulder and my thumbs. Both had been hurting for a couple of weeks and I could hardly use them. Today I went for an hour and a half session. What Phil does is not a pleasant massage, but by the end of the massage, I could use my thumbs easily and my shoulder did not hurt as it had. I would recommend Phil to anyone who has muscular issues.
