The entrance of this library is kind of tucked away off the street and it's not very obviously a library as the sign is pretty discrete. However, it's a nice little place; in fact it's teeny as a library, pretty much just one room. The collection of fiction and non-fiction isn't massive, but it's decent and enough to hold over a serious bookworm like myself. For the size of the place, the collection of young adult and children's books is great. They also have a small collection of DVDs to rent. They're not blockbusters, but it's a decent selection of classics and older flicks and hey, it's free!
The free wi-fi is much appreciated, though you can't plug your computer into the outlets so get it all juiced up before you leave the house.
To get a library card you just need an ID and proof of address and they can also give you a password to renew and reserve books online.
BTW, they don't have a bathroom, which I thought was a little odd for a public library. read more
