Aside from highly knowledgeable and friendly staff, you can't beat the price point. My dog requires prescription diet food, and I asked the office to approve the prescription through Chewy after Chewy informed me that the request had not been authorized. When I contacted the veterinary office, I was told they no longer approve prescriptions through Chewy and that I would need to purchase the food through their online store or come in person to pick up the prescription. I explained that this was not possible at the time because I was on my way to take my husband to the emergency room and my dog was running out of food. I asked if an exception could be made given the circumstances, but they declined. I found this response to be unnecessarily inflexible and lacking in compassion, especially considering my long history as a client and the urgent personal situation I was facing.

They try very hard not to over-stress him as he's become more nervous the bigger he's gotten and all the shots through these first few puppy months. We've had to go almost monthly for all his immunizations etc..They give expert information on his specific breed which is wonderful. They show also how experienced they all are as well. I love that you don't wait in a front lobby area with other animals to over stress also. We walk in get weighed and off we go to our room.
