Dallas the manager is wonderful, very friendly and attentive. The only real downfall is in March and April (and through all of May this year) there is no AC. The system only does heat or AC not both at once so you have to wait until they change the system over so those days in March and April and beginning of May that get warm can be really hot especially on the upper floors and because there are large sliding glass doors that let in all the sun and heat. They are remodeling many apartments making them quite expensive, but all have good appliances including dishwasher. It is a wonderful place to live (if you don't have pets).

Annie was the on-site manager during 18 (or so) of my 24 months and she not only took care of problems promptly, but was kind and helpful. When she retired, the building owner's 20-something son took over and also lived in the building. I can't say I had much interaction with him but the primary thing that perturbed me about the whole situation was that he was allowed to have his dog live in his apartment while none of us were allowed to have pets (with exception for a few very long-time residents who had their pets there before the policy changed.) I thought (and still think) this was unprofessional and was a large part of why I left, especially since I was wanting to get a pet. In my mind, poor, inconsiderate management makes a good building not worth the trouble. With that said, if the manager has changed, I'd say give this place a look!
