Hands down a great experience; I actually enjoyed going to my appointments. Dr. Kevin Resh and associates, thank you for bringing out my wonderful smile.

I can't say enough good about this practice. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best, they're a 15. Everyone there - the three Resh brother dentists and all their staff - are above and beyond excellent in every way. For example, they never fail to squeeze you in for an emergency, even for a quasi emergency. Each time I've had a tooth extracted (three), my dentist, Dr. Jim, called to check on me. With the third extraction, he called while his family and he were away on vacation and then he called the office to ask them to squeeze me in to have Dr. Eric look at my mouth ASAP due to prolonged pain. There aren't many dentists who would show that kind of concern for a patient in pain when they're away on vacation. Dr. Eric was wonderful, too. If you're looking for a dental practice with competent, caring, professional, friendly, accommodating dentists and staff in a beautiful office, you will have found it at Resh Family Dentistry. They're the best and I'm so glad I chose them.

When you first enter Kids First you definitely get the vibes that this is a kid-centric business. From the fish tank to the colors to the arcade game in the lobby. My kids felt at ease right away. Both of my kids are able to get their cleanings at the same time. The dentist then sees them one after the other to keep our visits as short as possible. The hygienists are pleasant, keeping my kids calm by explaining everything they are going to do. The dentist they see is super friendly and personable, she has a great rapport with them. My kids have come here for cleanings, cavity fillings and slightly more complicated things. Each has been made as easy as possible thanks to the excellent people that work at Kids First Pediatric Dentistry. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Had I known I would have denied bc I do not want that for my daughter. Then, I received a bill saying I owe for fluoride when I never gave consent for it to be done on my daughter?! They said due to frequency?! And I'm like I never knew you all were putting it on her. Had they asked and I gave consent I would gladly pay, but to not say anything and then bill me?!?! Not cool... when I spoke to the front office they said there was nothing they could do about it. Why? That is fraud!! Not happy

Recently changed insurance, and our old Dentist does not accept our new insurance. I went through…read morethe insurance's website to locate a new Dentist, and this office came up first. When I called to schedule, the gentleman who answered was pleasant, and confirmed the office was accepting new patients. However, they also said my family of 6 would have to split into at least 2 appointments. This is incredibly inconvenient, as I now have to take off time on multiple days of work in order for my entire family to be seen, instead of just one morning or afternoon. When the gentleman asked for my insurance, and I told him, he hesitated, and put me on hold to verify they accept the plan. When he returned to the line several minutes later, I was informed that although they do accept our insurance, they "will not be accepting any new patients with that insurance." I asked a clarifying question, that was along the lines of "so basically, my insurance doesn't pay well enough, so you're rejecting my family, even though your are credentialed, in-network, and previously confirmed you are taking new patients?" The response was very much a "I guess so, that's what I am being told when I asked the boss." It is absolutely, 100% a major integrity concern, and absolutely discriminatory for them to reject business in this fashion, and violates their contract with this insurance provider. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

The dentist had us pin my son down and hold his mouth open just so he could count his teeth while my son was screaming in fear and the dentist was repeatedly saying "don't worry this is normal". Completely uncalled for. My son cried for a hour after we left and is now scared of all doctors. I will never be back and highly recommend you go to your normal dentist that will show sympathy and compassion. To make this even better this is the second time I am posting this they removed my first review! DO NOT LET ANYONE TELL YOU WHAT IS "NORMAL" FOR YOUR FAMILY. It's just a paycheck to them.
