I started going to All Smiles in 2002. I actually made an appointment with Dr. Imm for a second option about an issue I was having from a car accident. I am so grateful I went to see him that day! He recommended a less invasive treatment that was completely different from the first opinion. Not only was Dr Imm able to alleviate my agonizing discomfort, he became our treasured family dentist. I mean... what kid on this planet likes to go to the dentist? Mine do... from the first day they sat in the dental chair at All Smiles ! Our relationship with the wonderful folks up there is like extended family! The are professionals in every way! From the moment you walk into the office it becomes a pleasant experience! ... their cookies are yummy! Of course, as you get older one has more issues. I would give this place a 3-star rating. The staff was friendly, and I appreciated how kind they were when I brought a family member in. However, for a practice that is on the more expensive side, I expected a higher level of professionalism. It was difficult to tell who was in charge, who the dentist was, and who the assistants were. While it's great for staff to have a positive and fun work environment, there should still be clear boundaries, especially in front of patients. In other private practices I've visited, the staff was friendly and relaxed, but they maintained professionalism during patient interactions. At times, the atmosphere felt more like a social setting than a professional dental office. I believe the experience could be significantly improved by maintaining a more structured and professional environment while keeping the positive energy behind the scenes. I would be happy to update this to a 5-star review if professionalism and organization are improved, as the staff themselves are kind and welcoming. read more

Dr. Imm and All Smiles Dental Care has been nothing short of fantastic. I have been a patient there for almost 10 years and I can say with absolutely certainty that I would not go anywhere else. I drive 20 miles specifically to see them. Everyone that works there is extremely friendly and welcoming and they take the opportunity to get to know you, which is something that I value deeply because it goes beyond the already top notch dental care. They see their patients on time, they provide excellent care and always seem to be up to date on the latest dental procedures and equipment. The office is very cozy and modern, and everyone knows you by name, even if they haven't treated you. I have yet to have a poor experience there, and going to the dentist is not something I personally enjoy. Dr. Imm and All Smiles Care have proven themselves over the years to be very kind and caring. They are always encouraging and sincere when it comes to my dental health. They have the latest in equipment and training. I was searching for a quality dentist for several years until I found All Smiles. I used to dread going to the dentist, but since going to All Smiles Care, I look forward to my appointments. A very friendly, warm atmosphere with a professional staff that gives you the time and attention needed each time. I will never forget how after only my first visit a few years ago, I had a crisis on a Sunday (a football Sunday too) and called the emergency number to get an immediate call back from Dr. Imm.
