I worked with them and it literally took about 1.5 hours to get my new car! Thank you to Tuesday my sales representative for her professional experience and helping me get my beautiful new car! Highly recommended!! read more

Had an appointment for an alignment based on a recommendation. Was about normal price for a front and back alignment, not sure what the ten dollar shop charge is for. I guess that's dealing with a dealer. Even with an appointment, the wait took more than an hour. Friendly staff. Overall, meh. read more

Had me wait a hour after testing a car just to say I couldn't get it because I might use it for my job. I do grocery delivery and they said I couldn't get the car because I might use it for deliverys. read more

To be honest FootHill Ford was not my first choice, but with their selection of inventory for the 2023 F150 I was specifically looking for was perfect. I looked around, shopped, I wanted the biggest bang for the buck, even if I had to bend on my "wants". Luckily I didn't have to, Kevin Powell's Foothill Ford gave me a "crazy" price I couldn't refuse or anyone beat. Beyond the price, the staff was professional, went above and beyond getting me the best possible interest rate, and military discounts. Dillon is an up and coming sales man, Isreal, a down to Earth, laid back manager, no pressure approach. Jon, another manager, he knew his stuff. Many times during the process he made it clear he wanted our business including giving us what our trade was worth and then sold us a 2023 Ford F150 Lariat at an insanely "CRAZY" price. I look forward to having my service work done there by their several Ford Master techs, even though I will only need my oil and such changed. In closing, being a Navy combat veteran, all I can say is "BRAVO ZULU!!!" PLW2 - real customer read more

Dillan was a great help! He helped me find the perfect vehicle for me! He was very thoughtful and explained everything to me. I will definitely be coming back and referring people to him. read more

The LIES! Kevin says yes turned out to be Kevin said "NO". On the commercial he says, "he takes the person into consideration and not just your credit score" Another lie, once my credit score came back everyone's attitude changed. No one even bothered to even look straight at me any longer. Then, I was escorted to the door after being told to get a co-signer or someone who would/could help. Shoot, I thought they were the help turns out I was wrong. Don't waste your time people its BS just like the rest of the world GREEDY with false advertising! read more

Model vehicle out of state needed to play it in license it in the other state they didn't care to tell you until after your 30 day tags were up and expired. Oh by the way you got a call and you got a jump through this hoop in that hoop, and now we're almost of two months past And still messing around with it. He called up there. He asked questions nobody knows anything what's going on so I said when you call week I had a time before your 30 day tags are up and no one had any answers read more

I have now bought two cars from here and both times had a great experience. Israel and his teams always work hard to get me in the car I want when other car dealerships required three times what I had. my first car I got from them I put through the ringer. And when I traded it in three years later she still ran beautifully even though she has some cosmetic damage. My car I got now is beautiful and something I'm truly proud to drive. I could have not got something this nice If it wasn't for Israel and his team read more

Kevin Powell's Foothill Ford - Auto Repair Near Me - Pilot Mountain, North Carolina

I was charged $1307 for repairs that was done that should have costed at most $600. I told the mechanic to repair the timing. Instead of checking the timing, they replaced spark plugs, checked the cylinder compression,, fuel rail pressure, all unnecessary, all before checking the timing. Then at that point proceeded to repair what I told them to from the beginning. $95 for a $55 belt, and $65 for a $20 spark plugs. 7 hrs at $135 per hr. Overcharged all the way across the board. My advice is to you. Take your business elsewhere! Tell everyone to stay away. Pass poor business practices. read more

I have to say, when I'm told that a vehicle with cigarette holes burned out in the upholstery is worth $19,999.00 according NADA, I go on NADA and check the retail price in front of them and show them the vehicle worth was $17,515.00..... it felt good to look them in the eye and tell them they lied to my face. It also felt good to walk out the door and never look back. When you don't do your homework you get suckered. When you feel like you're stuck to buy something you dont want..... Walk away!!!!! Tried to overcharge me by $2400.00????? Tell it to another sucker!!!! read more

Maybe next they need to not waste someone time when you ask them after they text you, call you and then tell you that yes your approved bad credit, with our sale you will drive a car home tonight. Salesperson was nice but never make promises over the phone it's bad business! My time is valuable just like anyone else, so you can't help everyone as your ad states. So the ad the ad you go by the people is completely false, as the salesman said to me " I make good money, but my credit is bad, I would need 1500 to 2000 down". When all conditions were laid out in the beginning. So the paper that was put in front of me was not about me but it really is not about the person is it Crazy Kevin Powell! read more

I bought my van from Kevin Powell and it is missing parts and they refuse to fix it or even help. When i call the service department they act like they dont believe anything i say or the shop i have had my van in. I would never recommend someone to buy a car from them. They rip you off. I have had my van a little over a year and this is the 2nd time i have had my van in the shop with problem that Kevin Powell would not do anything about. I was lucky last time the dodge place fixed it for free but this time im going to be paying 5 or 6 hundred dollars to fix a problem they knew about when they sold the van... read more

Wasted our time. False advertising and poor salesman ship. Bo doesn't know and JR acted like his high mileage high priced vehicles were too special for him to sell. Asked to see vehicles in our price range. Shown some to find out they were not even close. Several thousand higher. Asked Bo several times to get his price list. But he has them memorized. Not. They only offered $750 for our trade in vs the $5000 advertised. And JR was very rude about it. We will not return ever. Much better deals and honest sales tactics elsewhere. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would but then I wouldn't be able to write a review to potentially warn others of this terrible car dealership. For starters, upon applying for a car I had told them and proved to them that I had a legal name change so therefore the loan should reflect the proper name. I was ignored. Oblivious to the fact that it would later help them to avoid paying to register the vehicle and inadvertently keeping the money i paid to have them register it. Not only that but when I asked them how I could register the vehicle I do not have a title for it was crickets. More maliciously they did not disclose to me that the car had been in a major accident. The repairs were done terribly and now I am dealing with costs I shouldn't have to foot the bill for considering I am not the one who caused damage to the vehicle. Not only that but whoever did the repair did not put the car back together properly there is still damage to the wheel well as well as the drivers side door does not line up with the cars body. Also the windows work on that side when they feel like it and always make a loud clunk when they do work. Recalls were also not disclosed. The vehicle was previously owned by a member of their sales team, the one who sold me the car. So the person that is ignoring me is the previous owner. I am absolutely disgusted with this company and I will never ever do business with them again. Furthermore I will be contacting corporate. I have been ignored for over a month now. read more

#BaitAndSwitch I was told over the phone that they have a program where you can buy a car for as little as $11 down and $146 a month. They run my credit and come back to me saying that I have non existant credit score. I pulled up my last email from Credit Karma that shows a 633 credit score. Its not the greatest, but its certainly not non existant. Kathy the sales manager said Credit Karma is not affiliated with the credit bureaus and that she doesnt know where they get their numbers. This is flat out a lie because no sooner did they check my credit score, Credit Karma was emailing me informing me of a the credit hit. They then said I would need to put down $1500 and pay $350 bux a month and that I had no choice in waving their maintenance plan. I had to buy it. I drove an hour and half to get to this place only for them to bait and switch. Such unscrupulous sales tactics. Do not waste your time!! read more

Run, don't walk away from this dealership!!! Advertise amazing trade-in offers that turn out to be non-existent. Got absolutely nothing for my trade-in instead of $4,000 above value (didn't even get value after all paperwork was done)! Ended up financing more than the cost of the new car. They keep sending maintenance coupons advertising no appointment necessary, but couldn't even get my oil changed. What a joke!!!!! I will never step foot on their lot again. I now go to Parkway Ford on University Parkway! read more

So need a new car, ours finally needs to be put to rest. Drove up from Greensboro after hearing the Crazy Kevin Powell ads on the radio and thinking we might be able to get a good deal. The "Salesmen" were all lurking outside eating and smoking. The car lot isn't even paved, it's all gravel and seemed more like a buy here, pay here place. The only cars that were clean were the Mustang and Corvette. Upon arrival we asked for Todd whom we had been told to speak too previously. We were I formed he wasn't there and we were approached by a not so nice salesman who didn't introduce himself. We asked to look at a couple of cars and were told we could look at the outside but to actually drive or get inside we would have to give them our financial information. We thought that odd as we hadn't even come to the point where we wanted any of those vehicles, this was the being of the process, not the end?! Needless to say we didn't give him that info. It seems that they are more interested in selling financing than actually selling any vehicles. We will not be buying from Crazy Kevin Powell, and buyer beware. At least we got to see Pilot Mountain and the flowering trees so the trip wasn't a complete waste. read more

This after not one but two separate calls to their internet sales to verify the car was in Greensboro. A two hour round trip for nothing. read more
