I've been trying to get ahold of the store manager/district manager/ corportate/customer service, any one above the assistant manager who I spoke with that said there was nothing she could do for me or further answer any of my questions or concerns. I went last week in regard to a concern I had for a piece of jewelry I purchased less than 8 months ago that I have had to had repaired a few times. I keep sending an email to cs@kevinjewelers.com, like the assistant manager recommended with my contact information and detailed info of everything thats happened up until this point...and have yet to recieve any type of confirmation that the emails are being received or anything. I'm truly disappointed with not only the quality of the jewelery I recieved but the fact that they pride themselves on being a "family business" but lack basic customer service and communication and put the sale above wants of the customer, overall disappointed. We purchased a gold chain about one year ago from Kevin Jewelers. Somehow, one part of the gold chain has a pointy needle came out and caused bleeding on my MIL's hand. We came back to get it fixed and they want to charge $45 to fix the chain because it has no warranty. I don't understand how a gold chain would get a pointy needles coming out. I have never had any experience like this. And it would take a few days for them to repair it. I will not recommend buying anything from this Kevin Jewelers. Bad quality products. read more

BE WARE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION: I am only giving this store one star, because I have to. The store does not have quality jewelry and they take advantage of young people. My Son bought a chain 7-10-2020, he bought his chain to this location for alterations. The store has since lost the chain. It's going on 3 months, my Son has called and gone into the store with no results. The Manager at the refuses to be honest and tell him that the store lost the chain. She offered to reorder the same chain, when she knows she can't get another chain. In the mean time my Son is making payments on a chain that he does not have and that the store has lost. I tried calling the corporate office to help my Son get this resolved, however they don't have a phone number. Due to Covid the court system is closed, therefore I can't even take this matter to small claims court. It's just sad how this responsible young man has to keep making payments, because he don't want to mess up his credit. Paying on something the store has lost. Sabie Finance Company should really look into this matter, if they want their customers to keep up their financial obligations. read more

But SHAME on Kevin Jewelers for taking advantage of an aware consumer. This model is an older watch it seems and most likely is worth between $3,000-$5,000. So, after posting my earlier review the district manager got a hold of my fiancé and I and told us that they would order a brand new ring in my size and also offered to send a gift card for all the trouble and headache they caused. Haven't seen either yet, but hoping to in the near future! Will update when/if I get both in hand! Hopefully with pictures, if they turn out to our satisfaction! Edit: Did finally get my new ring and it's to my satisfaction. Glad to have resolution to this situation. Also received the gift card, although I haven't used it, but hopefully it'll work when I do. I am very upset and disappointed how I was treated by your staff at Montclair Place (Montclair, CA) along with the repair of my ring. I have brought my ring in every 3 months to keep it within the warranty. I also recently brought it in to be soldered and resized. During this time not one person noticed my prongs were loose or broken. I then lost my diamond and brought it in to be replaced and fixed. I am now being told I have to pay $325 to fix the ring because all four prongs are broken. Why is it bringing it in every 3 months, and bringing it in to be worked on, no one noticed my prong was broken? Then to make it worse, after I ask for a better price, they come back for $275 to fix the prongs and ask me to upgrade my ring? Seriously! My diamond is missing because your employees are untrained to notice this issue before it happens (which within the warranty it states your employees will look at this issue and offer to have it fixed for a reasonable price) and then your employee tries to upgrade my ring while I am upset over the pricing. Because of this, Kevin Jewelers will be only replacing my diamond and I will be taking my business elsewhere. After all the money we have spent there, to be treated this way and have to deal with people like this, I will deal with it no more. read more
