My appointment was at 10:50. Ten minutes later i was called to the back. I had X-rays and was…read moreseated in the chair. I was quoted the fee and paid it. Two (2) hours later I couldn't tell you what the dentist looked like because I never saw him. Dr. Gross was tied up with another patient with unforeseen circumstances which I understood to a degree. What I didn't appreciate was how they tried to keep me waiting indefinitely so that they could keep my business. I have a spinal injury (which was communicated) and after waiting that long period of time and being very uncomfortable and freezing due to the room temp, I had to call up to the front desk by phone to try and figure out what was going on. Soon after I decided to leave. I asked for a full refund and I got it. What was comical was they suggested I make another appointment! That wasn't gonna happen of course. The next day I received a bill from them in my email stating I owed them $124 for the "CONSULTATION FEE". Keep in mind I never saw the dentist not for one second even. How could they bill for something when I never saw the professional I was paying to consult with? Now to add insult to literal injury, I called the office manager to tell her about the bill. Mandy was the same person who refunded me that day in person. She knew the level of inconvenience I had suffered and yet she refused to do anything about the bill. She argued with me as she repeated the same line about it being an office policy. I ended that conversation letting her know she would never see a penny of that amount. I then called the billing department to inquire about a district or regional manager. I spoke with Lisa who was everything Mandy should have been. She called me back in 5 minutes to tell me the issue was resolved. Need I say at this point do not bother going to this location. Dr. Gross should have taken 5 seconds to update me personally. Mandy should have immediately followed up with billing to let them know not to generate a bill. The assistants were more than kind considering their hands were completely tied. I waisted physical exertion, endured literal pain, my husband lost work productivity, and I still have to find a surgeon to fix my dental issues. A complete waste of a day.

First, this is not rating of dentist just the office experience we had yesterday. My elderly, 89…read moreyear old, mother was referred to this office by her local dentist to have two teeth pulled. There was communication prior to her appointment regarding health history, etc. They asked (prior) for her insurance information which I provided weeks before her appointment. On the day of her procedure, yesterday, the assisted living transporter brought her to their office at 8:30 am for her 11:00 appointment. Even though they had all of her history, med list, insurance info, ETC. weeks prior, they requested it all again. Once they got her back for exam, x-rays, etc. they requested $1200 which was HER cost as they were not in network. Well, shucks...you would think they could have figured that out when I provided the info weeks before. Of course, she cannot afford that price so we ended up leaving, but not before they requested $220 for today's charge. When asked why so much they said for doctor's exam. Well the dentist, doctor, surgeon etc. NEVER even saw her. We don't even know what he looks like. After explaining that to the staff, they went back and discussed and sheepishly reported that there would be no charge today, after all. Well, I hope NOT! Like I said, this is a review of a botched day, wasted the time of MANY people, including my 89 year old mother who cannot get back those 3 1/2 hours of time with nothing being accomplished! Poor customer care!
