My grandparents absolutely love the rocking chairs and enjoy the morning and evening sun under their terrace. The side table that came along with the set is a great piece for some of our favorite plants. We found a nice rug to put underneath the rocking chairs as well. In a great sale, we were able to snag a few chairs for our old outdoor dining table from the 90s! They were such a nice addition and are way comfier than the metal chairs that we had before. Overall, I love/loved my current and previous items from them. They hold up pretty well underneath our terrace for years.

This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I'm not even quite sure where to begin…read more Today I received the sofa I ordered. Today is August 10th 2009. I paid for this item in November 2008. My living room is an odd size. I live in a loft in downtown LA and we had to ditch all of our old, larger furniture when we bought the place last year. My wife and I looked for weeks for a sofa that would fit in the space we have and there was nothing in LA that worked so we started looking online. KMP had a really cool design and it was the perfect size so I shelled out the $1600 for it knowing that they make their items in China and that it would take roughly 3 months to produce and ship. I liked the design so much I was willing to wait so I went out and got a nice bean bag chair to wait it out on. There was a delay with the shipment and it was to arrive at my door about 4 months after I paid for it which I was ok with until the delivery guys removed the pieces from the boxes and I could easily see that the sofa was built backwards with a left side chaise instead of a right side chaise. I informed KMP of the issue and they apologized for the mistake and agreed to reorder the sofa but with another lead time of 3 months for delivery. After seeing the solid construction of the incorrect piece I agreed to this because as I said previously, it was tough to find something the right size for the space. The incorrect piece is still sitting unused in my bedroom... (August 10th, 2009). The logistical blunders didn't stop after the first sofa though and there were more than enough issues with the second shipment. A month here and a month there brings us to today, August 10th, 2009 - 9 long months since I paid for the sofa. I'm sitting on the sofa right now as I type this. My dog is looking at me strangely because the bean bag is gone and he has nowhere to sit. I like the sofa a lot. Would you want to wait this long for something you payed good money for to arrive? I don't think anyone should have to go through a wait like that for any top quality furniture. If you have nothing else to do and an endless supply of bean bag chairs then buy something from this store. If not, shop somewhere else.

Worst of all they don't respond to you when you need recommendations. Even if you are paying for the actual service. They installed the tile with grout that they just blobbed on which caused all the tile to crack. I had to fight for months to be able to even buy the tile from them to hire someone to fix. The hardi board they used was so thin so I had to have that replaced with a thicker board. Just awful work. And took NO responsibility to repair or recommend a decent repair person. Once they have the project done and your money they don't care!!! Pictures attached of how it looked when the tile was removed. What a crap job.
