When we called for updates the representative was rude and would not listen to our concerns, she failed to communicate with us the entire time we waited for repairs. It is now 4 months later and our hot water has been out for 7 days again with no estimated date of repair because the plumber is waiting on a part again. If the plumber they have contracted cannot fix anything in a timely manner why are they contracted? The representative again was rude and tried telling me they did not manage our HOA, then hung up on me.
