Invoices are incorrect…read moreand they feel justified billing greater than 50-75% more than the market value of CPA services. We asked for a breakdown of our billing after seeing the final fees and they did not add up to what we were being invoiced. Phone calls and email outreaches are billed at double the time that they are actually logging, etc. Signing with a CPA in this group will result in inflated billing and subpar work with errors, it is just not worth it. We are trying to work with them to correct these errors but unclear if we will be able to.

I provided the information for the trust on January 15. There are others waiting for the trust taxes to be completed for their taxes, and it took GYL 2 months to complete what used to take my previous CPA a week. They lost or misplaced information I had uploaded to their site, and asked me to resend many weeks later. When they completed the trust taxes, I had questions. They provided inadequate and unclear responses to my questions. To top it all off, the charge for my personal taxes is over 75% more than I was charged last year! I have yet to receive the invoice for the trust taxes. I've asked them to justify an over 75% increase in fees. I doubt I'll get an answer.

They also took care of all permitting with the city and communication with the landlord to ensure signs met all spec requirements. Overall David & his team made it a pretty easy process. Josue came to install the first sign today & did an amazing job. He was prompt, quick with his work without sacrificing quality of install, ensured the decal was in the proper location and looked good, even cleaned my whole window inside & out.
