Located all the way to the back of this medical office plaza the office is updated and clean. The wait time is no less than an hour. Today was 1:20 minutes. Time with the doctor 2 and a half minutes and that was him saying hello everything the same, go through medication and okay see you next year. Today's issue was they took so long we had a virtual appointment that started as soon as we were being released. I informed the assistant that we had a video call that would take 2 minutes and I need the room. Initially she tried to tell me no they have more patients (mind you it's 4:00 no patients after 3 we were the last ones) After I explained to her we been there for an hour and a half I can use the room for 2 minutes she slammed the door! Like the audacity! AA we walked out she has a smirk on her face and I told her she didn't have to slam the door. Mind you my client is special needs and it startled him. We will not continue with this office as it's like a pill mill. They don't care about the patients they just care about the amount of bodies passing through so they can bill the insurance.

When I got the estimate of benefits from my insurance it was not billed as a physical. I called the office and they told me it was an office visit because I discussed hormones at the physical. I am a 55-year-old women and hormones are part of my body and physical health. If that is not included in a routine physical to discuss it, that is a problem. When a doctor ask you how you've been feeling you tell them. When calling the office to try to find out why I was billed this way nobody wanted to help me. I was referred from person to person. Finally I was told that I needed to write a dispute letter. I should not have to write a dispute letter when I scheduled a routine physical and they charged me something else. If they were going to charge something else, I should have been informed. I will never go back to that office! I will also fight this!

I should have resisted the pressure to do all of this -- systemic injection as well as paraspinal muscles, at least until I had done more research. So here I am 7 months later with no obvious benefits and out thousands of dollars. I believe THEY believe in the treatment, but in my case, their wishing did not make it so. It's sad that they in essence prey upon people suffering with chronic pain who may not have nearly $13,000 to piss away. I feel kind of stupid that I did this... Stem cells are proven for some things, but NOT for systemic benefit or extra spinal improvement.

On several occasions, I missed appointments purely unintentionally, at this office. "My bad" - without question or excuse. So, my conscience being my guide, led me to go to Dr. Duggal's office to hopefully explain the extenuating circumstances regarding these missed appointments. I was very hesitant, thinking that I might be kicked out of her practice! And rightfully so - if that were the case...but it was NOT. I was permitted to speak to Dr. Duggal's Office Manager, "Summer." She allowed me entrance in to her office, quietly closing the door, and I began by apologizing profusely saying that in no way do I ever want to miss an appointment because that would have been someone else's spot. "Summer" listened intently to the extenuating circumstances I shared, explaining that I was not there to tell her my life's problems, but that these truly were the prevailing circumstances. With aplomb, she sat quietly and with an open mind, allowing me space to share this unfortunate life circumstance that is prevailing, continued listening. I was so overwhelmed by her professionalism, kindness and caring that at one point I became a tad weepy. In her kindness, she offered me a tissue. Where on this planet would any patient be afforded the opportunity and TIME to be heard? WHERE? No where that I know of...no where. I will never forget this as long as I live. This office is a gift to the medical profession in this town, and Dr. Duggal's entire staff is as well. Always welcoming patients with tender smiles, kind nods, and lending ears. Such an example to other medical offices here...I absolutely cannot THANK Dr. Duggal's office staff enough, and in particular, "Summer" for who she is...a true, caring professional in the medical field. I like to think of YELP reviews as presenting experiences that lend themselves to the readers' own mind of discerning the "right" or "wrong" of a situation. Often times readers "get their panties in a wad" over an experience that is not shed in good light. Why? Let's all seek to be the SOLUTION to a problem or "one-off" experience that is not good...instead of crucifying the reviewer for sharing a problem - further demonstrating the truth of the review and of their inability to accept constructive criticism.

While my first visit was fine, every subsequent visit was either met with long delays or didn't happen at all due to the doctor not showing up for a telehealth appointment. It got bad enough to where I had to go without my ADD medication at a critical time in my studies due to their ineptitude. I haven't had an appointment with them since October 2025. However, I'm leaving this review today because they continuously call my cell phone and me to book an additional appointment with them after knowing the strife they caused me.
