This year, I called wondering when my first round of spray was going to be performed, and they didn't even have me in their system. On top of that, they are too booked to even come over. Thank God to be honest. They are horrible. Plain and simple. I've been way too patient with this company. Should have dropped them years ago. STAY AWAY!!!

Kills me to leave this review but I got to be honest. Took out the massive lantana I had in the…read morefront yard and put down lawn fabric, then covered it up with marble chips. One, he didn't level the ground/grated away from my house. Just filled in the dirt. So it's lumpy. Second, you're supposed to overlap the fabric at least 6 in which he didn't do! So now I have stuff growing in between there. Three, he didn't use enough marble! So now I have bare spots! It's pretty bad. The price was all right. He did leave an extra yard of dirt for me which was actually really helpful! I was able to fill in some holes in my yard. That I appreciated. But overall, I wouldn't hire him again. It was crappy fabric so now I've got tons of weeds growing up through the fabric! To be honest, I did a better job putting down fabric and rock around my generator then he did! Maybe does a great job cutting grass but I wouldn't hire him to put down fabric and rock.

Our front bed was overgrown with ivy, bulbs, and old bushes so they tore everything out so we could start with a fresh garden bed. They also laid sod down to decrease the size of the larger bed which has grown into the existing lawn nicely. In the back yard, they tore up old sod and created a new flower bed along the fence line that will be a pollinator garden. All the work done was completed on time, on schedule and with excellent job clean-up within the quoted budget amount. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with Harris Landscapes' high-quality work and have already recommended them to friends!

Blocking the roof (tell you how big it was) for solar panels we wanted installed. I called quite a few companies. Some drastically more expensive than what was quoted but a few others that were cheaper than was quoted with Baum. While we as people generally navigate towards "cheaper is better", I don't think that would be the greatest approach to someone chopping a tree down with limbs that hang over your house. For me, picking someone whom I felt comfortable with and appears like they know where they're doing at a 'reasonable' price is what I was aiming for. When he came to do a quote he was very meticulous in his measurements, thought process, and explanation of what was to happen. I enjoyed the thorough detail and easy approach he took. My job was NOT easy. He had to: 1. Remove/re-install 2 fence panels 2. Remove/re-install a pergola. 3. Deal with the fact that was all looming over my 2 story house. In the end, I know I made the right decision. His work ethic, value, and craftsmanship are second to none. I would highly recommend going with Baum for tree cutting service. Also - when getting a quote - give them a call. They're more responsive versus Yelp. Nothing bad about it - just something I noticed.
