He showed me where to order the right liner to be sent to me, then came out and spent most of a Sunday installing it. He gave me instructions to replace a portion of the filter line, and stayed available to me via text until I got that fixed successfully. The turf delivery was delayed, but that was not an issue. He showed up on time for the installation and worked into the dark. Apparently, he had a full schedule the next day. We could tell there was an issue with two of the seams before they left, but the next morning we saw how bad it really was. We sent pictures of the area, and he came the next week to do the repair. Unfortunate his repair job was worse than the initial issue. We now have to either live with it, or spend more money to have it fixed. He is a nice guy but would not recommend hiring him.
