(While on my roof for the initial estimate, Kevin also noticed a seal that was dry rotted and brought that to my attention as something to fix as well which I really appreciated) So we had to replace our gutters. We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too. And the 10 year warranty makes me feel secure that our investment was worth every penny. I highly recommend giving Joyland a chance for your next roof/gutter issue. This is a solid, competent company.

We hired this company to install some simple grab bars and make minor accessibility upgrades only to have them do so with cheap equipment and improperly. The grab bars started rusting a few weeks later. The contractor has been dodging our calls and ignoring our emails. This morning I called him and as soon as he heard who I was he hung up on me and blocked our organization on Facebook. I was attempting to resolve what could be a minor dispute to correct the issues with the previous project we paid him for before taking it to litigation. But, based his actions, it's clear he would rather we take it to court and educate the public on him!

I had to sit through a bunch of meaningless videos and at the end was hit with a $6700.00, yes you read that correctly, quote. I immediately laughed and told the salesperson I had other estimates which were NO WHERE NEAR theirs. He told me I get free tea and biscuits because the owner is from England, big whoop. He then proceeded to call his "boss" which was the owner of the company. The owner said they can cut 10% off. I laughed again and politely asked him to leave. What a dishonest company. I have no idea how they have any rating above a one. I received an estimate from Family Roofing of PA (717) 929-0385 for $1700.00 for the same exact seamless gutter replacement with the same warranty. I am truly insulted and offended that a company operates in this capacity. Absolutely shady pricing practices. First impressions mean everything and they blew it. I will continue to spread the word among family and friends to stay away from this company. I have no affiliation with Family Roofing of PA, but the representative Grant was very honest and straight forward which I value in a company. Please get several estimates for your project and you will see exactly what I mean if you do happen to get an estimate from this company.
