This is a great B&B! I would highly recommend.
We were heading down to Glenbeigh for a christening and needed somewhere to stay. This B&B and recommended by some locals we knew and we got a great deal online for 1 night B&B for myself and my girlfriend for a total of €55.
Location was great, nice and close to everything.
Check-in was nice and quick and we were told there was no need to pay until checkout which was nice. We also were given our own key to the front door to leave ourselves in later that night.
There are plenty of rooms and all of the rooms are a great size, with a large double bed, bed side lockers, plenty of plug sockets, a wardrobe and set of drawers. Each room also has an ensuite which is small but has everything you need with a great power shower.
The only thing we didn't like about the rooms were the wooden floorboards as we could hear the residents upstairs walking around the whole time and it sounded like they were Irish Dancing at times with all of the running around.
Breakfast was served until 10am and was very tastey. They had a full continenal option with a nice range of fruit, cheese, cold meat, etc, but they also had a full Irish breakfast option which was great.
In total we were very happy with the service, room, space, etc and I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone, but as I mentioned the wooden floorboards can be a little annoying at times. read more
