Terrible customer service and zero respect for patients' time. I originally scheduled a 3:40 PM…read moreappointment for my son, but the office asked to move it up to 3:00 PM. I explicitly told the dentist I might be a few minutes late because of school pickup, and she assured me that 3:10 PM would be perfectly fine. I walked through the door at exactly 3:11 PM, only for the front desk receptionist to rudely tell me we had to reschedule because we were "late." The double standard here is infuriating. I have routinely waited nearly an hour in the waiting room past our scheduled times for previous appointments, yet they turned a child away over a single minute--after we already did them a favor by moving our time. Completely unprofessional and inflexible. We will be finding a new dentist.

The Staff is very accommodating and early appointments are on time without a wait. Both Dentists…read moreare excellent and my family members have been patients for over 20 years. We always recommend the Chauvins.

I have been going here for years but have finally decided to look elsewhere. My biggest complaint…read moreis their scheduling. They don't do anything on Fridays. They won't do anything later in the day. They seem to be more concerned with keeping things convenient for the doctors than for their clients, expecting clients to accommodate THEIR schedules rather than vice versa. When I needed an extraction and requested an appointment either early in the morning or later in the afternoon so that I could still get in at least half a day of work, the wait time drastically changed from 1-2 days to 2 MONTHS out. When I asked for a different time I was given an attitude that is uncalled for "WELL you want it done asap DONT YOU??" Also, it's extremely rude and disrespectful when you are getting your cleaning to have to listen to the doctor recall all the finer points of his Hampton vacation to his hygienist- who could care less but nonetheless nods and smiles at everything the doctor says. They've gotten too big for their britches over the years and have completely lost touch with what gives them the ability to vacay in luxury and take Fridays off- THEIR CLIENTS.

There is never a worry about unnecessary dental work. I know both Dr. Holt and Dr. Kelley care about the kids. Both of the dental hygienists are amazing as well. They talk to me and my kids as they work to make sure everyone is comfortable. As we left our appointment yesterday, my daughter skipped out the door saying "That was fun!" I hated dental care when I was a child (I'm still scarred from some of my experiences) and to hear my kids having such a positive reaction was great. Honestly sometimes I wish I could jump in the chair, put on the glasses and get my cleaning done here too ;)
