Carrie made me feel especially comfortable by talking me through everything she was going to do as she did it. They were very gentle with the shots, the drilling, and the fillings and they took the extra time to be sure everything was lined up to my comfort with the fillings and my bite before we were done. Haven't had any issues with work done, my youngest is comfortable getting her teeth cleaned. My only issues are with increased upselling of products and services that aren't necessary or covered by insurance. Spur of the moment upselling during an appointment can be a nuisance and it makes me uncomfortable to made to feel guilty for not buying tooth sealant or something. Then there is the upfront billing, they get paid up front for some services like extractions and crowns. However we end up getting one or more bills months after the procedure and sometimes a simple cleaning. We pay them but we never get an explanation for extra charges six or more months after the visit.
