An appointment was booked, and he texted to let me know he was on his way and how soon he would arrive. Absolutely on time. He serviced and repaired two 28-year-old Performance Mountain bikes. When he was finished, they were literally better than new. One bike needed no new parts, just a tune up. The other needed a new brake cable and tune up. The work was completed in just over an hour. Mitch test drove both bikes and had us do the same. He also adjusted heights, removed an unwanted set of pedal covers, and gave us tips on shifting. Kind, professional and financially reasonable.
