The carpet on the second floor is older, white flecked and was pretty flat in high traffic areas and stairs. The technician, Josh, did a phenomenal job, was very thorough and professional. The carpet lightened and fluffed back up to a point that exceeded my expectations. Pricing was in line with the FM area's average market cost and came with high quality work. Very pleased with the overall experience and will absolutely contact them for future needs.

We love the unique design and colors recommended, and already have another job scheduled with ACS for a custom fire pit. The price of this concrete job was half the bid we received for pavers. We are glad we chose concrete and ACS for this job....Highly recommend!

Then when we chose different sample for both hardwood and carpets, he went to check the prices of each one for 15 minutes each time. No way it takes that long to look up the price individually. The carpet installer did a good job but left the place a mess. I thought they would have at least cleaned up or vacuumed. The hardwood installer did a good job. Don't remember name, possibly Doug. But Paul overcharged us quite a bit including boxes of hardwood not used by us. Luckily we noticed and told him to change the bill. Not happy with Paul one bit.
