I asked why the price change and was told that it was because they were in a container. The trees had been transplanted from barefoot to a container. I asked why she had not mentioned that she had not mentioned that the price was different from what was marked. She said that the person who transplants them didn't change the price. The more I thought about it the next Day I called and spoke with the manager and she said she was aware of my situation and told me I could take them back but I had already planted them. We were thinking of just getting one gallon plants, but lucky for us, they had the 5 gallon size on sale. There are always specials, and if you look you can find some real bargains. They have a wide seed selection. There are decorative planters, You can get everything from small items to full grown trees. And, did I mention the sheer fun of wandering the grounds?

I went to the website to check status and it showed a delay. I called customer service and was told your order is on its way and should arrive tomorrow 9/25.... No order, no phone call. I called customer service again and was it's on delay. Mind you, I never received a reason. I filed a complaint and asked for a supervisor to call me and expedite my order. I was assured that within 24 hours I would receive either an email or a phone call explaining what's going on with my order. I did receive an email. The email said your order will be delayed. Do not respond to this email today 10/1 I called customer service again. This time I was told by the gentleman that my order is delayed and that he can see a report for expediting the situation. When I told him I wanted a phone call he told me they may not have time to call me but they will email me. I don't want an email. I want a phone call. I want to talk to a person not their AI system. I should have learned from my experience of ordering a sliding glass door. We went into the store, purchased a sliding glass door. Paid for delivery and guess what? No delivery. Once again we called to complain and never got anywhere. The salesman felt so bad for us that he actually put the sliding glass door in his personal vehicle and drove it to our house. He even returned our delivery fee. Beware of shopping at Home Depot. Unless you go physically touch the item, purchase it and take it home the same day.
