However I was looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, and this seemed to be the perfect choice, though it turned out that it was the perfect choice for everybody else, meaning that I ended up waiting ages for my steak sandwich to come. It turned out that it was worth the wait because it wasn't all that bad, however having to deal with the Easter Sunday crowds really wasn't that thrilling. As for a pub, it's okay, but nothing all that exciting - just one of those pubs that you find on the main road with a fairly bland, but modern, décor.

We ordered a couple of meat and salad rolls which were made to order. Even though it was busy, the queue moved quickly and the staff were friendly and unflappable. Our sandwiches were really delicious and good value! This is a really great option for lunch or a snack!
