Coconut raspberry cake
Nick S.

Rebecca's is a great stop for coffee and cake. The number of desserts per square foot is off the charts, and everything is made in-house. I opted for a slice of the coconut raspberry cake, and it was divine.

We loved going to Images before the pandemic. But after the pandemic, its not the same as before…read more The protein meals are small and covered up with other stuff. Their prices have gone thru the roof ! We won't be going there again. We now go to the many bistro's in town and their foods are devine, delicious, good portions and not as expensive as Images. Omgosh, one bistro has golden syrup dumplings for dessert!! I am hooked on them, njommmmm Wake up Jonathan D. Images :/

I'm trying this place as I'm passing through Warrnambool today and need a nice dine…read more First impressions I absolutely love this building itself. It's obviously close to if not heritage listed perhaps, built 100+ years ago, with those amazing high ceilings, vintage chandeliers, skirting, period furnishings and decor. Makes me wonder what was here before it was a restaurant. I felt so comfortable. My partner and I sat in a large booth with cushioning, so we had room to spare at our table. I ordered a $22.90 Chicken Parmigiana, usually my first choice in new places. The menu seemed quite vast. Along with traditional Italian style dishes, like pizza, pasta, meat and chicken dishes- there also looked to be a few Asian influences with things like garlic prawns, satay chicken, spring rolls. Along with these choices there was also a steak menu, seafood menu, vegetarian options, and of course desserts. Something for everybody by the looks. When my meal came I was a little wide eyed at the fact it was one of the smallest schnitzels I've received. I dined somewhere else a few days ago and received a fairly small schnitzel, but this breaks the record. Literally I think it would've been around 10cm by 7cm sitting on a large dinner plate. My chips and salad were served on small bowls to the side. Luckily for them if it wasn't for the fact I wasn't that hungry tonight I probably would have shunned them. One positive I must note is that the chips we received were lovely thick cut chips which I thoroughly enjoyed devouring. They were almost a meal in themselves. I should have taken some photos of my food, but unfortunately I didn't as I didn't have my phone on me this time! Overall I did like this place for what it is. I certainly would come back for that reason, but obviously try something different on the menu. Recommended ... If you appreciate a small overpriced schnitzel.

One of my favorite things I ate in Australia was the Lemon and Passionfruit Cheesecake from…read moreVillage Bakehouse! It is gluten-free and just bursting with refreshing and light lemon and passionfruit flavors! Simply dessert perfection! They had a few other gluten-free options as well. I was leaning toward ordering this, but first asked a staff member which of the gluten-free items was her favorite. She said the Lemon and Passionfruit Cheesecake, so that settled it! As a celiac, I would love to see more GF items, but this one is really all I need! Overall rating: *****FIVE STARS***** Gluten-free rating: ***THREE STARS***

Really quite terrible:…read more - Bread was bland. - The scallop pie everyone raves about on Google was really fishy and gross, and mostly made of not scallops. Did not taste fresh at all. - All of the fruity desserts (pear & passionfruit) tasted like soap and artificial flavor. - Vanilla bar custard was flavorless. - Chocolate was like from a box. - The whipped cream inside the lamington was the only ok part, certainly saved only by the fact that it's almost physically impossible to mess up sweetened whipped cream. They gave it the good old college try, though, by putting that sickly medicine-flavored jam on it. Staff was friendly and no one's actually died from the meal, so I suppose it gets one star for that. But 0/8 items tried were actually good. How atrocious. Would absolutely not go here.
