I don't have the proper words to describe the awesome experience that we had when Keri and crew handled our wedding. I was actually being more picky about photographers when we were choosing, and I am so glad that my partner convinced me to agree to using Keri for our wedding, and engagement photos. The whole experience was just perfect. She always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable, and she was always super accommodating. We have a 14 year old golden retriever that we wanted to include in our engagement photos, and she took all the time and every opportunity to help us include her as well, as if it wasn't already a huge enough endeavor to take engagement photos in public. During the wedding, she worked very closely with our other vendors to help facilitate really smooth transitions during all of the events to capture all of the group photos and random different candid moments. It was so seamless how she and her team handled all the different parties of people. It felt like she was just part of the family, trying to gather our difficult asses together for just that one family group photo, haha. I would say that's how she disguised her presence; she's there to do her job to the best she can, while being invisible, and adapting, and vibing to all the different situations to get her shots in. Professional, beautiful, and seamless!! Where do I even begin?? Pre-proposal: I live in Arizona and had this great idea to propose to my now fiancé at the rink at Rockefeller Center. But I knew I needed a photographer to capture the moments leading up to, during, and post proposal shots. They not only responded and answered all questions promptly but were super informative throughout the entire process. Since I couldn't meet up with them prior to the proposal, they went to the rink ahead of time and sent me a step by step detailed plan of where would be the best shots taken and where they'd be standing during the proposal! My husband and I had an awful experience with our previous wedding photographer which led us to finding Keri, and we are so glad we did! Right from the start, Keri was extremely accessible and communicative. We were really impressed with her attention to detail. Keri and her assistant Al are a dream team when it comes to wedding photography. Individually, they have their own particular way of shooting that is complementary to the other, which resulted in a variety of beautiful and interesting shots. BEST of the best!! Al Cheung photographed my bridal shower in March 2017. He was not only a delight but just so amazingly diligent and talented! And yes, ladies, it ain't all bad to have a guy photograph your bridal shower. She met with me ahead of time to get a sense of my husband's and my style, is just a gem of a human being, and was flawlessly wonderful on the day of. She was great at helping up heard our guests and us into photos when needed while always being just a delight to have around. The photos speak for themselves - they're perfect. My husband, who is always complaining about how he looks in every photo no matter what, says that they're the best photos of him he's ever seen. LOVE LOVE LOVE KERI We are so lucky that we found Keri and booked her for our pre-wedding photos in NYC. A morning with her and Al, her husband, was not simply a photo-shoot session but also a memorial experience prior to our weeding. First of, Keri is super friendly and "patient" with me for all of my crazy ideas. I am not familiar with NYC as I live in NJ, she patiently worked with me in choosing the locations that most suited with my style as well as my clothes and not too far away from other shooting points. On the shooting day, Al drove us around those locations. We were surprised that we went beyond customer-photographer relationship since we talked and shared about everything just like close friends. We did have a blast during our photo-shoot. Even though we paid by hours and we had 5 places to go with a lot of traveling between Brooklyn and Manhattan, Al and Keri were very professional and efficient. They made sure we had the most photos and covered every corner that we came in such a limited time. They are so nice that they took us back to the train station and gave us their MTA card. We are also in love her style!!! She guided us and directed us throughout the shooting with ease that we did not even feel like we were acting at all. From the moment we met Keri and her husband Al we knew that they would go beyond wedding photographers and become friends. They got to know us as a couple and individuals. The day of our engagement shoot was not as warm as we had hoped and they worked with us to make sure we got the perfect shots, even when it meant being outside longer than any of us wanted.
