The technician actually tried to use my dental appliance to assault me. They committed battery against me so they could void my patient contract and wash their hands clean of me because they could not provide the level of service that they advertise.

At first when you leave , you pay the bill and then randomly, you'll get a debt collectors letter stating you owe them money and late fees. They never called or sent a letter stating we owe a bill. Wouldn't waive late fees either when I called to try and just pay them instead of debt collector. They sucks and don't know what they are talking about. Not trustworthy
