I have no affinity to goats or whatever, just that they are cute. :) The location is lovely - outside of Duluth (do not listen to apple maps when it tells you it's in the middle of the city of Duluth!). The enchanting locaiton - they had a fire going, and a beautiful table and checkin process. They had plenty of hand sanitizer and even had some mats available for use (they get kind of muddy in the dirt and with the goats). There was the yoga instructor, and several staff that walked around to get everyone a chance to interact with the goats. They brought some food and would put it on our backs and the goats would jump right up. They also had BABY GOATS that they would bring around and let us hold. They made sure we had plenty of hilarious photo ops and it was just a joy to do something so fun and unique! one million gold stars!!! thank you to Goat Yoga and the amazing staff!

The farm store was stocked with frozen beef, lamb, chicken...and fresh eggs. Wow! If we would have had a bigger ice chest-we would have brought meat home. Glad to find places like this are still around!

They have alpacas in the field and use their fibers to make clothing like scarves and socks. In addition to that, they sell homegrown vegetables such as tomatoes and herbs, and of course, fresh eggs. They also have a greenhouse selling flowers and veggies. A dozen eggs was $7, and they accept PayPal or cash. It was a nice little stop to check out this charming farm.

We were bicycling in the scenic countryside of the South Shore & found this absolute gem! It is a…read morefamily run farm, welcoming the general public, school groups, private tours, summer camps onto their fun farm! We watched the alpacas and chickens roam and learned about the farm from Abby. It was an amazing serendipitous experience! Luckily we had bicycle panniers to carry our fresh garden veggies, eggs, fresh garlic, and alpaca wool socks back to our lodging. I'm looking forward to coming back and buying some alpaca fiber (I have since learned about alpaca wool & felt making).
