They fought hard for us and finally came to us with an offer that we accepted! On a Sunday, about a month before our lease was due to be renewed, our landlord informed us that he was not going to renew our lease and instead wanted to sell the house. We decided that night to make a go at it and see if we couldn't buy a house instead of looking for another rental. Miranda and Joey are our miracle real estate agents. Because of life events and general busy-ness, we had to sell our home in pronto-fashion and re-locate to a new state. After one real estate agent told us we paid too much for our house and it was only good as an investment house, we were down in the dumps.
