Just wanted to leave review of my experience with one of Era's real estate agents, Audra Meekins…read more I'm a day late posting, but now is better than never! Audra was by far the best agent I had the privilege of working with to find a home. She was friendly, nice, caring, dedicated, respectful, honest, knowledgeable, classy, experienced, I could go on if needed! I tried several agents before her, who were no where near as great as she was, I had an agent from another company once show up over an hour late, or put in late bids ,causing us to not get the home we originally wanted. So we were lucky to have found her as our agent. One last thing that is evidence of how awesome she is, we still get on holidays a card, Halloween cookies, flowers etc. If you chose anyone besides her, you will regret it!! Greatest agent I've ever known of!!!! Fantastic service!!!!!

I cannot express enough that Josh Miller with Rector Hayden realty is a wonderful realtor!…read more TLDR: He completely  changed my perspective on the home buying process as a first time home buyer. He got us an amazing deal way faster and smoother than we ever could have imagined possible!  Josh Miller with Hector Rayden Realty really worked to build a working relationship so he could prioritize what was most important to us. That initial ground work, plus some luck, means we are finishing this process in under 2 months with a home we are confident is exactly what we need right now.  He cares about making sure queer people feel comfortable coming to him with their business. We found him on www.gayrealestate.com and from day one he made sure we both felt safe talking with him. When I wanted to swing by and take a second look at the house we would eventually buy, he made sure we got to see the house as soon as possible. Furthermore, when he couldn't attend the short notice showing, he paired us with another gay realtor he knew would make us feel comfortable. When I was expressing stress and confusion due to my loan officer not being able to answer in terms I could understand, he gave me his honest opinions and offered to help interpret some of what I was confused about. When I decided to suddenly switch banks even though we were already under contract with our home, Josh quickly found two great banks with specific lenders that would teach me what I wasn't understanding. And they both had better offers than I found on my own. He made sure I didn't feel badly about needing to switch lenders, and helped the transition go more smoothly. He similarly connected us with a myriad of inspectors and repair experts in the area that gave us reasonable and helpful quotes.  We found a great home within a dozen showings that fulfills all of our wishes for our first home, and then some. It is under budget and in a neighborhood I not only feel safe in, but is a neighborhood I've lived in before, which I never thought I could afford as a single adult.  I know it sounds too good to be true, and I am still trying to believe that it's real, but Josh Miller really did solve all of our home buying worries!
