He got us an amazing deal way faster and smoother than we ever could have imagined possible!  Josh Miller with Hector Rayden Realty really worked to build a working relationship so he could prioritize what was most important to us. That initial ground work, plus some luck, means we are finishing this process in under 2 months with a home we are confident is exactly what we need right now.  He cares about making sure queer people feel comfortable coming to him with their business. We found him on www.gayrealestate.com and from day one he made sure we both felt safe talking with him. When I wanted to swing by and take a second look at the house we would eventually buy, he made sure we got to see the house as soon as possible. Furthermore, when he couldn't attend the short notice showing, he paired us with another gay realtor he knew would make us feel comfortable. When I was expressing stress and confusion due to my loan officer not being able to answer in terms I could understand, he gave me his honest opinions and offered to help interpret some of what I was confused about. When I decided to suddenly switch banks even though we were already under contract with our home, Josh quickly found two great banks with specific lenders that would teach me what I wasn't understanding.
