You took our application, and told us to deposit the application fee (I informed you that I even submitted deposit for faster processing) in the dropbox at 2424 Harrodsburg Rd. This was done Sunday before Memorial Day. You texted and emailed for communication with me (six-seven times) and said you are looking forward to going over the application. In fact you said you'd get to it Tueday. Now it is Friday and since Tuesday, I've called texted and email numerous times for any status update; no response at all; completely ignoring txt msgs, phone calls, and emails. My family has wasted so much time and energy on going to see the house and sending in an app driving to your dropbox to deposit the checks. We had wanted to sign this place and move by this weekend. And I informed you of all of this... We had also informed many many people at chuch that we applied and is waiting for an answer. Now we have a church full of people asking what happened. I'd love to let them know what happened... This is incredibly unprofessional. I cannot believe the kind of work you do. It does not take long to give a simple response.
