When he got there, he had all of the supplies needed and fixed my unit within 20 minutes... what I needed done was a common problem, a yearly check up. My neighbor uses Total Comfort so when my ac wasn't cooling, I called them to come out. They sent a…read moretechnician who came to the door and asked me what was going on with the ac. I told him then he came in and lowered the thermostat and headed back outside. About 15 minutes later, the ac started cooling and he came back to the door to tell me he had added 3 pounds of refrigerant. The cost of the call was the $90 service call plus $330 of refrigerant for a total of $420. I was happy and he told me that it might last me through the summer. Less than 24 hours later, the ac stopped cooling so I called them back. They sent the same technician who this time went into the attic to check the system and less than 10 minutes later came down and reported that the evaporator coil had a large leak and if he added more refrigerant it would just leak right out. He basically did the diagnosis that he should have done the first day. I called the service manager today to share the fact that the technician's failure to do the proper diagnosis the first time caused me to unnecessarily spend an extra $330. I requested a refund and was denied. I was very surprised with the service manager's response. I certainly won't use them again. if you do, please beware.

I called them out to do a repair on the master bathroom toilet. This is a rental property, so I didn't notice that it was removed for several months. It took me over a week and a half of constantly leaving messages for their office manager Todd to actually return my phone calls. Now they are denying removing the piping for my aerator when it was clearly there and working before they came and installed the new plumbing. Between the poor customer service and a technician that is clearly lying I will never use them again Yes you sent two employees out after. One gave me another estimate and the second one which I was there with him agreed that the new piping they installed was right where the piping for the Aerator was. I'm guessing someone came in the back yard and removed it and also unplugged the aerator that's been installed for the past 7 years.

Even though it was busy, he sent his technician Craig out within 3 hours of my call. My condenser needed a new electrical part and an undamaged circuit. Craig and his helper put both parts in the condenser, checked everything else out and gave me a very reasonable price to fix the problem. They were friendly and efficient and had fixed the ac within 30 minutes. What a relief! Friendly service at a good price. I will call them again, and be able to recommend them to other homeowners.

Special shout out to Jerami & Grayson Glaze on the installation team, but all the guys were fabulous. They where each very knowledgeable and very hardworking. From start of work to full completion, including tear down in haul off of my old system and clean up, they were in and out of my house under 6 hours this morning. Likewise, Dean and Ursula Glaze were so helpful during my bidding process. New HVAC systems are not cheap and of course I had met with four different companies to get different bids. Everyone had their own brands that they specialized in and some systems had more features than others...so like many big purchases, it wasn't exactly apples to apples. When I started out I had LOTS of questions and both Dean and Ursula were quick to respond to all my questions and help educate me on the various options. Can't say enough good things about this company and if you're looking for a new HVAC system I highly recommend them.

We'd had a lot of issues with other companies. Mobile Air is an honest company with highly skilled technicians. They've replaced parts, installed thermostats, installed a new blower, repaired a problem caused by a mouse that got into the system in the attic, and they even managed to undo a very complicated terrible rewiring job done by a different repair company who had rigged a weird incompatible thermostat onto our system causing it to malfunction in increasingly weird ways. Recently, a neighbor got a $4000 - $6000 repair quote from a different HVAC company that he had a 'vip membership' with. He called Mobile Air for a second opinion, and they fixed it for under $1500. I'm curious to an obnoxious degree, and they always indulge me. I've learned a good bit from them, and they don't even charge me for the lessons, lol. Anyway, I love these guys. I wish all repair services were just like them.

First guess is always to check the GFCI switches, which I did, and we figured there was no positive even received to the outlets. I looked for a recommended electrician online and located Fisher Electrical. The owner Brent came out the next day, and took and quick look to make sure of the case, gave a reasonable quote, and sent out his techs. They figured out the problem on the newly built home and corrected the wiring. Very polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Learned a-little myself. Appreciate their service and would recommend them is you need any electrical work done.

Don't walk--**run** to the next vendor. Let's start with the job. On Friday, I was invoiced for 100% of the work **before it was complete.** The installation wasn't finished until noon on Saturday. I told Ronnie I would make the payment on Monday since the bank was closed over the weekend. Despite this, he continuously texted me demanding payment--**extremely unprofessional behavior.** Then I get a call from my tenants: the **old HVAC unit was left in the yard**. I called Ronnie, and his excuse? "I'm by myself, so I left it there." I had to insist he come back to remove it, and he was clearly annoyed. He eventually did remove it, and I followed through with the payment on Monday as promised. But it doesn't end there. By **Wednesday**, I'm getting texts at 8 PM from my tenants saying **water is coming through the ceiling**. I text Ronnie immediately. He doesn't reply until the next morning at 7 AM, saying he'll be there at 9 AM. Had he responded earlier, I could have made arrangements with the tenants. Instead, he shows up, knocks once, sits in his truck, and leaves when no one answers. He texts me, "They didn't come to the door, I'm gone." When I call the tenants, they say they **never even heard him knock**. No urgency, no concern that there's **water leaking through the ceiling** on a job he just got paid \$6,000 for. His response? Total indifference. No apology, no accountability--just attitude, as if I'm bothering him. " O I forgot to level the pan straps, no big deal" When I pressed him on it, he had the audacity to tell me he "doesn't work after 7 PM." Meanwhile, I'm getting emergency texts at 8 PM for a job he supposedly completed days ago and was paid so that I don't get texts and my family time is not interrupted. Then--**two weeks later**--the system stops working **again**. Ronnie's response: "I can't get there until Monday." Why? Probably because he's constantly circling back to fix jobs that weren't done right the first time. **Bottom line:** Ronnie shows a complete lack of professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail. If you're looking for a reliable contractor who stands by their work, **keep looking.** This is not someone who's ready to run a business.
