Even though it was busy, he sent his technician Craig out within 3 hours of my call. My condenser needed a new electrical part and an undamaged circuit. Craig and his helper put both parts in the condenser, checked everything else out and gave me a very reasonable price to fix the problem. They were friendly and efficient and had fixed the ac within 30 minutes. What a relief! Friendly service at a good price. I will call them again, and be able to recommend them to other homeowners.

I called A&K (Kerry) the next day and within 24 hours he was at my house fixing my unit. He called when he was on the way to my house to let me know that I could come home from work. Everyone had their own brands that they specialized in and some systems had more features than others...so like many big purchases, it wasn't exactly apples to apples. When I started out I had LOTS of questions and both Dean and Ursula were quick to respond to all my questions and help educate me on the various options. First, our unit was not installed properly, no less than 3 people confirmed after living here for 4 months that they didn't even run lines to hook up our heat. Now they don't want to honor their 1 year warranty to come check and balance the unit, which is guaranteed in our contract. Siting that we haven't done bi-annual maintenance. This "necessity" is not mentioned in our contract. We planned to do an annual clean of the unit this summer as we have done for all our past homes, but they say twice a year is the only way to keep our warranty. Even though it was not disclosed. Now they claim the builder didn't allow them to do a final inspection so they claim our warranty was voided before we even took ownership of the house. Shady business practices.
