As an adult, I felt a little out of place, but often I was getting tutoring at the same time as another middle aged adult who was in a similar situation and this helped to alleviate some of my discomfort. Monica was my tutor and she did a great job bringing me back up to speed and was very understanding. The kids that were there at the same time as me, seemed surprised and amused by my presence there. Mathnasium was also good at working with my scedule, which required rescheduling my appointment several times. I highly recommended their service for all ages!

There are a lot of drug and fight problems at the school that the principal and administration won't address. I have emailed them and gotten no reply. Other schools like Mill Creek Middle School have problems too. Also, apparently bomb/gun threats are popular for students in the Kent School District. This should not be tolerated and heavy punishment should be enforced. If you want your children to be able to focus on school and not fights, sex, drugs, and other behavior, go to a different school!!
