At the time of the appointment, we were not made aware of a specific spending limit or budget. The appointment was a thoughtful gift from her husband, and we were genuinely honored to be part of that experience. Based on her hair goals and starting point, the appointment required multiple color services, a significant amount of product, and several hours to complete. It was not just one color it was a lot of detailed work. Our pricing reflected the services that were performed. Throughout her visit, our team provided the same attentive, luxury level of care that every guest receives.
When we eventually became aware of this Yelp review several months after it was posted, we reached out immediately and directly to better understand her concerns. We offered a detailed breakdown of the services performed and sincerely attempted to address the situation. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to a mutual understanding.
We value honest, respectful feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve whenever possible. At the same time, we stand behind the quality of our work, the experience we provide, and the value of our services. Our pricing reflects the time, education, professional products, and personalized care that go into every appointment.
