My former bank was merged into this new Magnifi Financial Group but with that merger came Better Mobile Banking, More Locations, 24hr Deposits and as far as the Waite Park branch, some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. If I hadn't been merged to this bank, I would choose this bank over and over again just because of the customer service I have consistently received. Great Job Everyone!!!

First off, they prequalified me without any real research on the position I took at my new job. When it came time to close on my new hous, they gave me the run around as to why they can't close for several months. Finally, they closed on my house, but they changed the terms and interest rate, which cost me a lot of money. After I complained about the way I was treated, I get a letter from Granite Bank telling me that they have changed my interest rate and payment back to the original rate and payment amount. After making my first payment, I get letter after letter telling me that I am late on my mortgage payment. When I contacted Granite Bank, they told me that they are working on the situation. Now after I made my second mortgage payment, I get a notice in the mail that Granite Bank has changed my interest rate back to the higher rate. No one seems to know what they are doing there. I won't be doing business with them again!!!!

My payroll manager was gone for the day(this was Thursday 3/12) so I had no point of contact at that moment.
