I came in looking for some fabric samples. I wasn't acknowledged when walking in. I asked a women if she could cut me a sample she then decided instead to take a bathroom break for 15 minutes and not have the other women working help me. Since I had time to kill I glanced around at some of pieces they had upholstered in the showroom. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work. The pattern on the chair and footstool didn't line up it seemed to be crooked; Just shows the lack of detail and quality given. I will be taking my business somewhere else where they care a little bit more about their customers.

V Trading has literally everything you'd need for any kind of fabric, upholstery or home decorating…read moreproject...and then some. Lots of foam, tons of beautiful fabrics, some beautiful art pieces and unique furniture and accents at really good prices. But the best part of V Trading is Karen. Karen is a lovely, kind and considerate woman with a thoughtful and caring attitude that is rare these days. When my mom and I walked into her store, to find the stuff to fix my bed in the loft of an RV, and met her, it was like going back in time to when shop owners actually listened to their customers and cared as much about helping them resolve their project as making money off them. Karen is a lovely person! She took the time to help me find the right foam at the right price and then, to top it off, came up with a fabulous feather mattress to finish it off. Thanks to her, I'm getting much better sleep and my loft is now a refuge. She also made my week with her kindness! If you get the chance, head over to V Trading. If you need something, it's there. If you don't, it's probably still there, you just won't know it until you see it. Thank you, Karen, I wish more shop owners were like you!!!

I went in because I was starting my search my search for a new vacuum. I had very specific needs, and I told him what I wanted. He was able to tell me the difference between brands and models and show me various model issues on machines in for repair. Then he showed me two machines that would work for my needs, but this was not a high pressure sales pitch. He was perfectly neutral about a sale, which made it easier to decide. Once I'd made my choice, he showed me which replacement bags I'd need and accessories I might want. Again, this was neutral. Super easy check out because his prices were better than online, and I enjoyed working with the owner.
