I came in looking for some fabric samples. I wasn't acknowledged when walking in. I asked a women if she could cut me a sample she then decided instead to take a bathroom break for 15 minutes and not have the other women working help me. Since I had time to kill I glanced around at some of pieces they had upholstered in the showroom. Needless to say I wasn't impressed with the quality of the work. The pattern on the chair and footstool didn't line up it seemed to be crooked; Just shows the lack of detail and quality given. I will be taking my business somewhere else where they care a little bit more about their customers.

Karen is a lovely, kind and considerate woman with a thoughtful and caring attitude that is rare these days. When my mom and I walked into her store, to find the stuff to fix my bed in the loft of an RV, and met her, it was like going back in time to when shop owners actually listened to their customers and cared as much about helping them resolve their project as making money off them. Karen is a lovely person! She took the time to help me find the right foam at the right price and then, to top it off, came up with a fabulous feather mattress to finish it off. Clean up after they are done was always handled by them. No issues about communication and we were kept informed of everything at all times. All work was completed just as we agreed and were quoted. The price was the same. It is hard to find a honest contractor let alone one who does good work and is reliable. Mike and his crew are all of these things. I would recommend him for anything.
