They kept the shop open past when they typically close to accommodate us, quickly diagnosed the issue, and then Tom drove us in his own truck to a nearby hotel to wait out the repair. The team got up early the next morning and got us back on the road much quicker than I had expected and for a price which was more than fair. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to alleviate a bad situation. Wish I could transport them closer to home and make Tom's my go to auto shop.
