They kept the shop open past when they typically close to accommodate us, quickly diagnosed the issue, and then Tom drove us in his own truck to a nearby hotel to wait out the repair. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond to alleviate a bad situation. Wish I could transport them closer to home and make Tom's my go to auto shop.

Tried to talk to Mark the owner and he told me I had to talk to Laura the counter person. She started yelling at me and told me she never quoted Hankook, told me to shut up and was very rude!
