Deweys is the best repair shop in Roscommon, and have always exceeded my expectations. Their repair costs are very reasonable and they can usually get your car or truck in for repair quickly. Expect some delays in the summer, because they are busy.

Here are some of the major mistakes. 1. First they sold me the wrong car by putting the wrong vin of a different car on the paperwork. 2. I was having the car shipped and they didn't ship it with temporary tags or the title. They mailed me the title and temp tags with USPS snail mail that took 10 days to reach me. 3. They gave me two different key fobs. One for my car, one for a different year/make of the same model. They won't try to fix the situation because "the deal is done." BTW it costs 800-1000 to get a duplicate key fob and get it reprogrammed. Dealership businesses live or die on referrals. I can't see someone referring these people.

The problems started just 28 days after purchase and continued to this day. So far we have put more then $10,000 into this truck to fix the problems. Here are a few things they lied about. They said truck was a trade in....it was bought at auction. They said they only had truck for 2 weeks....they had it for months. Said the truck was so nice the manager was going to buy it. Lied about the interest rate, how the truck would be titled, warranty (good one). They do whatever it takes to make the most money and don't care after that. Stay away from this dealer. At the counter, I believe his name is Joe, he's extremely hard-working and very sweet. He's always been willing to help pack up my vehicle from the bay... Which embarrassingly makes me quite uncomfortable to do and he has no problem doing it... Even when he was wearing a cast on his leg a couple years back... They are prompt with their service offer amazing pricing and no bullshit attitude... they are honest and do the work as quick as possible... Their inventory is a little bit small because the location itself is small offering only to bass and a small show room with a TV and a couple of chairs. However they will order in just about anything that you could want and call you as soon as it arrives. I cannot believe I did not think of putting a review in sooner but I'm glad that I checked in today and decided to add my opinions I highly recommend anyone to go here whether you are passing through with an emergency when it comes to your tires or if you were in the surrounding area looking for a go to shop when you need this service.

I called ahead after finding Upper Lakes' info and explained my situation to the gentleman who answered. He told me to keep driving and he would hold some of his crew past closing time (if needed) to make sure we wouldn't be stranded. As promised, when I pulled up, he and 3 other guys were waiting. They promptly pulled my tire off to start inspecting it for leaks while also checking all of the other tires. A faulty valve stem was discovered and everything was broken down and repaired in a short amount of time. All the while, the whole crew chatted with my 2 toddlers who had already had enough car seat time at that point. Soon, we were back in the truck and headed North. The guys at Upper Lakes have my greatest appreciation and thanks. If they treat a pass through customer this way, I can only imagine the service provided to their routine customers! Thank you again!

D and N Towing was called to the scene and the driver was speeding on the left shoulder when he struck my car and another vehicle. We went this morning to the local dodge dealership since we have a dodge eco-diesel and they told us they can't do anything for use since it's from Canada and out of basic warranty. We drove to multiple places that ended up being closed and got referred to upper lakes tire. Thank goodness! Brian was beyond helpful! Even though he said he didn't do much with diagnosing, he came out and ran the codes for us. This is a common problem so he was able to clear the code for us so we can get home and get it back to the dealer who gave us the warranty. To top it off, he didn't even charge us! My brother suggested this place and when I called they said they could get the tires and install them that day (even though it was Christmas Eve if I remember correctly) - AWESOME! I took my car in and they completed the work promptly. I was happy with everything. Fast forward about 6 months and I was due for routine maintenance at the dealership (Lexus). Shortly after I dropped it off, they called to ask if I'd recently gotten new tires. I informed them that I had and they told me that whomever had installed them had broken the hub lock. They gave me the broken piece when I came to pick up my car and it was covered in rust where it was broken, so I believe that they (Lexus dealership) didn't break it themselves and try to pass it off as someone else's mistake. Anyway, it cost me $160 to replace it! Also, they told me that I'm lucky I didn't get a flat while I was driving because neither I or the tow truck guy would have been able to remove the tire due to the broken part. Giving 2 stars because they WERE able to accommodate me during the holidays and I appreciate that. However, to let me drive off knowing (they knew...) they'd broken that part is AWFUL. I could have been stranded! I totally understand that mistakes happen, such is life. But to not fess-up and make it right? Sorry, but that's just bad business.
