After several failed attempts to manually open the garage door to get my car out, I went into panic mode. Seeing that Overhead Door Co (the company I have always used) was closed and would not open until Monday morning, I just cut my losses for the weekend. On Saturday, I was out with a friend and happened to pass by Limoge & Sons. After a quick google search I saw they offered 24/7 emergency services. I gave them a call and the dispatcher couldn't have been any nicer, she got my number and told me a technician would be in touch with me. Within minutes a technician, who also couldn't have been nicer, gave me a call and went over all of my options: said someone could absolutely come over the weekend and quoted me an emergency service visit, he also offered for someone to come on Monday and quoted me a regular visit (both options seemed very financially feasible, in my opinion). I opted to wait until Monday-- yet another friendly employee called around 11am to see if it was a good time to come, got here around 11:20, assessed and explained the issue, fixed the problem and was done within 20 minutes. I am so impressed with how friendly everyone I dealt with was, how speedy the service was, and how inexpensive everything was. Also provided a wonderful opportunity to support a local business! If I ever have another issue with my garage door Limoge & Sons will be the first call I make-- I will also be quick to recommend them to others. Just this spring I saw lots of moisture dripping from behind the siding near the dryer vent and it was haphazardly attached by the crew, and the attic vent not at all. The crew did not use house wrap on the porch and when this was pointed out they sent a crew to "fix it." Which really meant they took the bottom half of the siding off and threw on some paper...which still would void the entire warranty of the siding. The metal covering the facia on the gable ends buckled and stuck out from under the drip edge when gutters were installed. Windows wrapped in metal were done in different methods. Just not attention to detail and lack of pride in workmanship. I would have expected more for $23,000

Project lead was abrasive and unwilling to engage in basic conversation about the project (i.e. what they need from us in regard to moving yard/porch items). While it is common for deadlines to be extended in this field, due to the nature of large-scale contracting projects, two months+ over the estimated completion date is unacceptable. Owner of the company does not take the contract seriously. Terrible experience. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Bo was able to respond within a day of calling and was in for the challenge which was the result of years and years of gradual drain build-up (no longer being able to run the washing machine or sink drains). He was great to deal with right off the bat and has a wonderful personality. He makes everyone feel comfortable and never fails to get you laughing either! Very open and honest about everything he does, showing us physically along the way what he would do and explain it all to us as he went. Being involved like that when you're the homeowners is awesome because you also learn as you go. We hadn't needed him in quite a few year's after replacing our old septic system (sorry Bo) but when our washer suddenly began backing up recently and sporadically, he was the one we called. He just left a little while ago in fact and all of the plumbing in the house is running amazingly well and draining quickly as it should. He's never failed to get us where we needed to be 'honestly and efficiently!' It was great to see you again Bo and catch up while you were here!
