After a couple minutes, I was worried it wouldn't work out. But, Julie made it happen! Eventually, he was coming to her and he was even licking her face mask. She trimmed all his nails and was careful to not trim too much so his nerve endings weren't touched. Sometimes I get a little fearful about a new tech grooming my dogs because I am not familiar with their work but Laura over sees all of the work they do.
