He's the first doctor I've ever met who likes to take his time with you. He never makes you feel rushed or like your complaints don't matter. He's very friendly and likes to get to really know his patients. I recommend him to anybody who gets anxiety when going to the doctors office. He's very routine, so depending on what's going on, he may want to see you every month, which is my only problem. Having to pay a copay every month on top of prescriptions, it gets a little pricey. read more

Dr. Fogarty is a very nice guy. Enjoyed my visit with him but as I read within another comment, the staff does not perform well with tasks.

Dr Fogarty is ok, he's friendly. The problem is his staff, they are disorganized and cannot handle any request beyond ordinary routine matters. read more

When I received a call to confirm my appointment, I was told it would be $500 (part copay and after insurance filing). Not a good way to treat a new prospective patient. This practice did a bait and switch. It really is all about the money. I pray when someone that works here needs medical care down the road, they receive better than I did here.

I was only there for 30 mins and they did not do any testing. So I called them, they said that the "testing" is a 9 question paper they had everyone sign. I asked where it was that I signed this would be additional to my office visit. Her (Kathy in the billing department) said "our prices are not posted" over and over. So, I asked her, since I DID NOT SIGN that it would be EXTRA, I'm not paying it or I'm calling Cigna. She legit said "You can call your insurance, it won't do anything. We charge this to every patient every time." I asked her to send me the paper where I signed it and she said she didn't have anything that I signed for extra services. So. I called Cigna, who is now in turn, OPENING AN INVESTIGATION on ALL claims because they are NOT ALLOWED to charge patients for something extra without disclosing pricing. The agent told me that should ALL BE COVERED in that $320 office visit. She herself tried to call and they kept hanging up on her. So, she got to see how they did AND is extremely interested in seeing how many other people they charged extra. Check your medical bills. They try to get you ANY way they can. At least now Cigna knows about their practices and are extremely concerned about how many fraudulent claims they have sent in. Disgusting, misleading practice. They will charge you whatever they want without even telling you.

If you are in that bad of shape you probably need to be going somewhere else! And Dr. Bennett will tell you that as well! Dr. Bennett suits my needs perfectly and I thoroughly enjoy his professional approach. I've been seeing Dr. Bennett for over 40 years-- he is a miracle worker with wonderful Christian values.
