When she was brought out she was completely in tears and crying they did not even let her stay in a room to come down before taking her out. They did not give her pain meds or anitbiotics claiming that a shot she was given during her surgery would numb the pain for 3-4 days Which it did not She went back for a revisit about 5 days later after Begging them to see her because a Tooth site was bothering her doctor green came in and 1 did not wash his hands nor put on gloves and opened her mouth and poked the one socket that was completely healthy but he also snapped at her grandma then told them that all 4 sockets where infected after this revisit he gave her antibiotics She went to a actual professional oral surgeon who told them that all four were not infected and the site that he did jam his nasty finger in has now become a dry socket they also said all 4 where in the proper stages of healing when he jammed his finger in there and pushed out the healing tissue and that they had never heard of the shot that they used that I mentioned in the beginning

Reason being that my third one is supporting my chewing/bite and was fully erupted. The two they wanted to extract were impacted. I say this to say that was a GREEN FLAG. They could've gotten more money out of me, instead they prioritized my health & held integrity. Something rare to find in a dentist these days. On surgery day, I came in with my stuffed animal at my grown age lol (22.) The anesthesiologist (I think his name was Wes) comforted me, used a pediatric sized needle for the IV in my arm, and deeply sedated me to where I DID NOT WAKE UP DURING SURGERY! YAY. That was my biggest fear. This is literally the best place i've ever gone to. The pain meds prescribed are also very reasonable and not just stupid OTC Tylenol! I will be telling everyone I know about this awesome place. My insurance covered the surgery and I used Cherry to finance the $450 for the twilight IV sedation!

A week later, I received an email saying that I needed to pay $142 because the insurance company would not pay for it and we had to pay the cost. Their billing department repeatedly said that CD X-rays is not usually available in every clinic, so why didn't they inform us of this before doing this project? We could have called the insurance company immediately to inquire and decide whether to do this special CD X-ray after understanding it clearly. As an experienced and professional dental clinic, they should be transparent about the charges and inform us to contact insurance company in advance about the charges instead of inducing us to send the bills afterwards. This is so bad and took advantage of patient making ugly money. Because there is no rating lower than one star, I can only choose one star that they don't deserve.

On the day of the surgery, we walk in to a packed waiting room. Looks like they had everyone arrive at the same time. We sat in the waiting room for over an hour! My daughter had to fast and was starving but they don't care! Funny how important it is for them to make sure you initial in the paperwork it's ok for them to charge you $$ for missing an appointment and they'll reschedule you if you're late! .
