This occurred on August 14, 2026. He walked me through what I needed done by showing me the X-rays on a huge screen. His wonderful staff walked me through the cost of what he was going to do today. Again, on the huge screen. The whole transparency of the process was very refreshing. Dr Alex and his staff did not make feel like they were rushing at all and that I had 100% of their attention. Dr Alex and his staff answered all of my questions and updated me frequently which appreciated. It was my very first visit and needles to say, Dr Alex is now my all the time dentist along with my son who was similarly impressed and attended with me. I am in my seventies and was made to feel very comfortable during the entire process. If are looking for a dentist or not satisfied with your current dentist. I took my son to a…read morepediatric dentist (closer to where I live now) and got a treatment plan that I questioned because it wasn't really explained to me why and it didn't seem appropriate (but I'm not a specialist in this). That is when I decided I needed to take my son (3.5 y/o) to the dentist I have personally trusted for years who has taken the best care of my teeth with having my best interest in quality of life and financial interest. When we got there he reviewed the X-rays, looked at his teeth and then explained to me what his treatment plan would be. It wasn't that the pediatric dentist was wrong, but just was not necessary to put a 3.5 year old through all of that. He then treated my son and was amazing with him, along with his super friendly staff. I will always recommend Dr. Easter & his staff for pediatric and adult dentistry- there is a reason I have gone to him for over 20 years!
