He even went beyond just installing regular pot lights and let me know about lights that have different modes and dimmers. They are amazing and we decided to also install them in our living room. He has come back numerous times since his first visit and has fixed numerous things on my old home. He has fixed the power in our kitchen which had too many outlets on the same circuit and would often short. While doing that he caught numerous mistakes that were done by another company a few years ago and let me know about them and was able to fix them. He also recently came out to fix a faulty EV charger another company had installed a few years ago. Tim is very trustworthy, transparent and pleasant to work with! He is the only electrician I will use for my home going forward!!

Oh My Goodness!! I am SO blessed!! I was looking for a good Electrician to come out and do some…read morework on my house. When I bought it, my inspector (Marcus Gaynor - who is the most wonderful inspector around!) found that many, many of the electrical outlets were not GFCI protected and there were so many things that were not up to code (there were jerryrigged plugs outside with cords to who knows where and extension cords plugged in going... nowhere!) so I needed someone who could come and help me sort it out. I asked for referrals on FB 'Oregon City Chit Chat' and Austin from Powerall Electric LLC reached out to me. I read reviews for his company and decided to have him come take a look. He called me right away and we chatted on the phone and he sounded like a very nice, respectful and knowledgeable fellow. AND his price for coming out was very fair! (after everything was done, the total price was ALOT lower than I was expecting!) Today he and Anton came out and I walked them through all the anomalies and cords and messes that were in my house. They were here not quite 2 hours and took care of everything! They were quick and efficient and then showed me what they had done. All the outside outlets were GFCI protected AND they put these special 'outside' cover things on them to further protect them from the elements! (and from my Grandkids trying to poke things in the plugs lol) They removed all the cords and things that went nowhere and checked the power sources for them to make sure they were 'dead' and then they put GFCI plugs into the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room as well as checking my Electrical box AND they removed a 'dead' floodlight that was attached to the house, for me! They were so polite and respectful and did such beautiful, excellent work! They are now my 'go to' electricians for ANYTHING I need done!! If you are looking for electricians who know what they are doing, are prompt, diligent and hard working, then Austin and Anton at Powerall Electric LLC are the ones you want!!

Steven also took the added step to communicate with the security service technician on my behalf as I am currently in deep grief. This added kindness went farther than his excellent work. Ridgetop Electric LLC provided the lowest bid while providing lights that had one third more illumination per light. Steven Wisti, the owner of Ridgetop Electric LLC, was always responsive to calls or texts. He was on time when he came to see the shop and receive the project plan. His quote arrived as promised. His quote was accepted on Friday evening and he started work on Tuesday. Steven had a lift delivered that allowed him to easily run wires in the fifteen to twenty feet high overhead. It also meant he could glide over large items in the shop, and we did not have to move them. Steven had all the work completed, the inspection for the permit completed, and the "Approved Complete" permit sent to us by Friday afternoon. The final invoice matched the initial estimate exactly. As you can see from the pictures the shop is much improved. We could not be happier with the whole experience and highly recommend Steven Wisti and Ridgetop Electric LLC.

We have had Vertechs relocate light fixtures in our ceiling and walls as well as relocate and add fire detectors. They have serviced our breaker box as well as interior and exterior outlets. Last week they were at our home as we were having issues with original outlets installed by the builder shutting off and becoming extremely hot. The problem was taken care of the same day I called as the issues were very serious to me. I really like the fact that I am informed of their progress and proximity to my home when they are coming to the house to conduct repairs. I also have 18 foot ceilings in parts of the home as well as in the stairway to the second floor and they are the only company I have found who will come out to change lightbulbs and smoke detector batteries at those ceiling heights.
